Park Community: Talent Pipeline Working Group 2026
A thriving innovation community and ecosystem needs more than ideas, investmentand infrastructure — it needs skilled people.
That’s why Surrey Research Park’s Communications and Engagement Team launched a Talent Pipeline initiative in 2024. This is a collaborative working group that connects forward-thinking Park companies with the University of Surrey to support future workforce planning and provide the university with valuable real-world insights.
Member companies benefit from early visibility of student and graduate opportunities, direct links to emerging talent, and a platform to influence the curriculum in areas aligned with their business needs. It is also a space to share best practice on recruitment, training and onboarding.
