Whether you’re a big brand or a dynamic startup, operating sustainably isn’t optional any longer – it’s a fundamental and strategic imperative. Customers increasingly demand it, and many investors expect it.

If you’re looking for an efficient way to elevate your company’s or your personal sustainability credentials, check out the University of Surrey’s new UN-accredited three-day sustainability course, running this September.

The University of Surrey’s UNITAR CIFAL Centre, a key part of its renowned Institute for Sustainability, is running its inaugural expert-led Sustainability Leadership training course.

Running from 11th to 13th September at the University’s main campus in Guildford, this intensive, in-person programme is designed for professionals ready to efficiently integrate advanced sustainability principles into their strategy, policy, and operations, delivering tangible results for both their organisation and their career.

Professor Amelia Hadfield, who is the director of CIFAL Surrey, Co-director of the Institute for Sustainability and Associate Vice President for External Engagement, said:

“CIFAL centres are international training centres, housed at universities with a world-leading reputation in key areas: for the University of Surrey, this includes strategic sustainability, climate change, and leadership skills for business and government alike.

CIFAL Surrey is ready to engage with local businesses, local government and civil society groups, within and beyond Surrey, providing them with the precise skills needed to grips with the very real challenges of climate change and sustainability.”
