The Department for International Trade (DIT) is inviting expressions of interest to be considered for their 2022 International Showcase of UK Life Sciences Innovators.
Are you a biotech, medtech, or healthtech innovator making waves in life sciences? Become part of the UK’s Science Superpower ambition by telling your story, making connections and growing your business internationally, and representing UK Life Sciences to the world.
The first phase will launch in Spring 2022, where DIT are keen to hear from UK businesses keen to expand internationally and small and medium sized companies innovating with game-changing technology, or highly innovative in the way that they approach their business and impact.
If successful, companies will have the chance to:
- Represent the UK at key overseas events, including being profiled in campaigns and outreach in key overseas markets via the DIT global network.
- Benefit from support designed around your needs, with one-to-one support to help internationalise your business and reach new target customers, partners, investors, and markets.
- Learn from your peers in the cohort and in the DIT global network.
- In the first round, three showcase companies will also receive partnering passes to the BIO International Convention in San Diego in June 2022, the world’s largest biotechnology tradeshow.
Complete the ‘Expression of Interest’ form to tell the organisers about your business. Early expressions of interest are encouraged, and may be evaluated on a rolling basis.
Deadline is 1st May 2022 if you would like a chance to be considered for premier conference access including a full business partnering pass for the world’s largest global biotech tradeshow, the BIO International Convention (valued at nearly £2500).
