Our Employability and Careers Team has released a survey to better understand how Surrey Research Park tenants wish to access the University’s student talent pool and engage with prospective employees.

The University of Surrey has a recruitment portal, Pathfinder which is a centralised hub for student and employer activity, containing over 20,000 students and alumni. Businesses on Surrey Research Park can register on Pathfinder and post vacancies to students and recent graduates, for FREE.  To maximise the effectiveness of its portal, Pathfinder, the University is committed to forging greater links between the students and businesses on Surrey Research Park.
