Surrey Research Park has been working hard to ensure we remain operational and accessible throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, whilst ensuring our environment is as safe as possible for tenants, visitors and staff.
The following safety measures have been implemented:
- Social distancing measures in public spaces
- Additional sanitising services
- Provision of sanitiser in common areas
- Virtual tours (on request)
- Reduced capacity seating in meeting room, restaurant and breakout spaces
If you are planning on visiting Surrey Research Park, please ensure you have a face covering with you and you follow any safety guidance on display.
Please note: From 1st September, all tenants and visitors in managed buildings with common areas (which includes Surrey Technology Centre, Stirling House and 30 Alan Turing Road) are required to wear a face covering whilst moving through these buildings and in shared indoor spaces.
Viewing of available properties is still possible on site or via a virtual tour (please note a maximum of 2 persons per viewing). Please contact us to request a viewing.
If you require more information on any of our safety measures or have any questions, please contact Surrey Research Park on 01483 579693 or [email protected]
