OH Assessment Collaborates to Digitalise and Scale up

SETsquared Surrey has facilitated the introduction and successful collaboration of two of its member companies to support digitalisation and business growth.

Magnus Kauders, founder of OH Assessment, is leading a business that has doubled in size every year for the past three years. To keep up with demand, Magnus is advancing the company’s occupational health solutions through a phased digital transformation with the help of Stuart Malt from Comnoco.

Magnus says,

“The business is growing. We have doubled in size year on year for three years in a row. We have scaled up and brought in more clinicians and admin support. We are keen to digitalise and scale up further, without losing the qualities that we have developed as a start-up business.”

 Collaboration Supported by SETsquared’s Incubator

Magnus and Stuart met at a SETsquared breakfast club meeting. Magnus was keen to receive a recommendation for digitalisation support from within the trusted SETsquared business incubator network and Stuart’s experience with process automation and software development provided the perfect match.

Magnus says,

“For me it was great to receive a recommendation from a trusted network. We bonded over coffee and our kids shared sporting activities. The business incubator is worth its weight in gold for recommendations and introductions”

“Initial discussions with Stuart showed that we had a similar approach and complementary skills. Stuart was impressed with our growing business solution and he has such relevant experience for us in automating processes and developing software”

Building a Digital Roadmap for OH Assessment

Stuart has been able to chat the team at OH Assessment through a digital roadmap and provide a cost-effective solution for development.

Digitilisation will take place in stages, first automating the admin process to create capacity to absorb more growth for the coming months. Stuart is assisting with individualisation to ensure maximum data security for the special category health information that OH Assessment is dealing with. Stuart will then move to deploying AI in in the clinical areas, making OH Assessment one of the first in occupational medicine to adopt such advanced technology.

Customer Benefits of Digitalisation

For customers, digital transformation will streamline decision-making, increasing processing speed without sacrificing human oversight. Automation will allow the team to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient services, meeting rising demand while upholding high standards without losing human oversight.

Achieving Key Milestones Through Digital Innovation

Investing with Stuart has provided clear and cost effective digitalisation, enabling OH Assessment to put other key activities in place and achieve key milestones earlier than planned. Stuart’s expertise at creating a digital solution will enable the business to turbocharge growth, build up the expert team and maintain quality of service. With digitalisation in place, the business is well-positioned for further innovation and growth in occupational health services.
