New energy efficient triple glazed windows are being installed on buildings across the Surrey Research Park site over the next few years as part of ongoing investment in our properties and commitment to sustainability across the Park.
The new windows, which are being installed by a local company, are highly energy efficient, UK manufactured, triple glazed with solar reflective film and an aluminium frame.
The first phase of the work has already commenced and the next phase due to start in March 2022 will include Units 1-33 at the Surrey Technology Centre and units 1-32 Frederick Sanger Road.
This investment forms part of our ongoing work on a sustainability roadmap for the Park which incorporates energy efficiency including power, heating and transport and environmental commitments on waste, water and food.
