Businesses at Surrey Research Park still have an opportunity to secure University of Surrey placement students to start this September.
Due to the pandemic, the University of Surrey still has a number of high calibre students looking for local opportunities for work placement.
As a result of COVID-19, the team responsible for professional training placements has introduced flexible measures to ensure as many placements as possible can proceed whilst keeping students and staff safe.
These measures include full recognition of periods of remote working and a temporary reduction in the required number of working hours from 1125 to 750.
The Placement team is dedicated to ensure the current cohort of undergraduates will not miss out on the huge benefits of Professional Training and has prepared the students with skills for remote working.
If any businesses on the Park have any scope for offering a placement please do get in touch as soon as possible. Students have until 31st August to secure a placement.
