The Priestley Centre located at Surrey Research Park was acquired by British Land last year and is currently being refurbished by RSR Construction Ltd. It is being refurbished to provide high quality, flexible commercial units and the work is due to be complete in Spring 2023. British Land also acquired the leasehold of 170 Priestley Road which has a long-term occupational lease with BAE Systems. British Land is a FTSE 100 property company, set apart by its track record of creating and managing mixed-used places.
