This year, we’re celebrating 40 years of Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL), 10 years of AURA Veterinary, and also a decade of Rocketdesk coworking:

• Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL) – 40 years of space innovation
  Founded in 1985 as a spin-out from the University of Surrey, Surrey Satellite Technology Ltd (SSTL) has transformed pioneering research into a thriving commercial enterprise. Over the past four decades, SSTL has built and launched around 70 satellites for 22 countries, working with a wide range of international customers and partners. Today, SSTL remains at the forefront of small satellite innovation, shaping the future of global space technology from its base at Surrey Research Park.

  AURA has transformed an empty plot of land into a state-of-the-art veterinary hospital, delivering life-saving treatments to over 16,000 cats and dogs. With strong connections to the University of Surrey’s School of Veterinary Medicine and Royal Surrey County Hospital, AURA continues to lead the way in specialist animal healthcare.
  
• Rocketdesk – 10 years of coworking for tech and digital entrepreneurs
