NatureMetrics has entered a new phase of rapid global growth and is seeking a Finance Associate to manage the financial ledgers, process financial transactions, and analyse financial variances and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general ledger reconciliations to ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
- Accurately input and update financial records into accounting software, including invoices, receipts, payroll and other transactions.
- Processing incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring they are properly recorded and reconciled.
- Monitor and maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely payments.
About you
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems (Business Central and Hubspot are preferable).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Being part-qualified (e.g., AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
