Business Development Representative - EMEA Xceptor

As Xceptor continues to grow and work with some of the largest financial institutions across the globe, we are looking for a Business Development representative to support our growth in EMEA. This is a unique opportunity to get a better grasp of the financial markets, prospects, and speak to some of the largest financial institutions and be part of an outstanding global team. 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities  

  • Co-ownership of the revenue growth objectives with the wider Business Development team (sales managers, revenue, and digital marketing)
  • Drive outbound lead generation activities as part of our growth objectives
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets in arranging initial sales meetings and demos for Sales Managers
  • Support Sales Managers in defining and structuring account plans & regional strategies across your target markets

Required Education and Experience 

  • Basic understanding of the financial markets
  • Demonstrable experience in software sales, BD, or similar lead generation role
  • Great team player with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
