Business Development Manager Eurofins Scientific

As a Business Development Manager at Eurofins, you will new business and develop existing business for the Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics, Clinical Referrals and Clinical Genetics UK sectors by exploiting and opening opportunities for Eurofins. There is a high expectation of winning new business prospects as well as managing the onboarding process to ensure retention of new business is strong.
Main Duties
- To drive the commercial new sales accounts and raise the bar in terms of attention to detail, structure and the service offered to the customer base to maximise its full potential.
- To understand the value drivers of Eurofins to drive new business and identify profitable and commercial opportunities.
- To gather and collate all market intelligence and data covering market trends and penetration, competitors, products/services and routes to market for clinical diagnostics, referrals and clinical genetics.
- Lead any tender opportunity that you uncover or get presented with.
- Understand each customer’s risks and opportunities by creating / adapting customer account plans on CRM
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Open to candidates with knowledge of the UK pathology market but limited sales experience.
- Current and valid driving licence
