How we work

Our team of talent acquisition specialists can work alongside your in-house talent acquisition team, providing them with the additional skills and capacity they need for as long as they need it to achieve their hiring targets. Alternatively, we become your in-house talent acquisition team, assuming responsibility for managing all aspects of your end-to-end recruitment process. The latter is a popular choice for technology start-ups who are looking to hire, but do not wish to use recruitment agencies or hire their own internal recruitment team.
