Account Manager NatureMetrics
Naturemetrics, a global nature intelligence provider based in Surrey Research Park is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional with a strong background in account management, particularly within the agricultural sector. While direct experience in biodiversity is not mandatory, success in this role requires a solid understanding of corporate sustainability, ESG practices, and the unique challenges and opportunities within agricultural supply chains. Your ability to deliver measurable client value and achieve positive business outcomes is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximize Revenue and Growth: Drive significant increases in account revenue and expand our client base by implementing strategies that boost net revenue retention (NRR) and annual recurring revenue (ARR).
- Cultivate Strong Client Relationships: Establish and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with key agricultural supply chain clients, promoting the adoption of innovative biodiversity technologies.
- Enhance Client Satisfaction: Continuously monitor and improve client satisfaction and loyalty, providing insights to inform product development and operational enhancements.
- Utilize Industry Knowledge: Apply your deep understanding of the regulatory landscape (e.g., CSRD/TNFD/ISSB) to enhance client outcomes and position our biodiversity solutions as essential to their operations.
- Industry Engagement: Maintain active involvement with key industry stakeholders and bodies, enhancing our market presence and credibility within the agricultural sector. Attend relevant events, conferences, and webinars.
