DESCRIPTION:Rarely does an entrepreneur succeed with the first business model they try and so typically the start-up phase of a business is defined as just that – the search for a growth business model. Generating, designing and testing different business model options can happen in a variety of ways, but one of the quickest and most simple high level approaches is using a Business Model Canvas (BMC). Seeing how other businesses work on a BMC can give you great insights and inspiration, while mapping your own thoughts and plans helps you both to better understand your business and better able to communicate it to others.\nIn this workshop, you will:\n\nExplore other businesses and how they make money through their Business Model Canvas\nUnderstand some common patterns to successful business models\nModel your own business using the BMC\nPlay with alternative business models\nShare your business models using BMCs, assess them and get feedback\n\nThis is a hands-on workshop with loads of opportunities to develop and test different approaches to your business using the BMC.
